Welcome to the Yuba City Downtown Business Association’s upcoming Car Show! We’re excited to showcase your ride in our historic downtown. Please review and agree to the following guidelines to ensure a smooth, fun, and safe event for all.

Check-In RequirementAll participating vehicles must check in by 9:45 AM on the day of the event. Late arrivals may forfeit their space in the show.Vehicle Display RulesYou are responsible for positioning your vehicle in your assigned space as directed by event staff.Specific space requests may be made but cannot be guaranteed. Assignments are determined by event management and may change up to the day of the event. Thank you for understanding!!**All vehicles must remain parked in their assigned space for the duration of the show.** Early departure is not permitted without staff approval.Decorations & Set-UpParticipants are welcome to decorate their display area tastefully. All decorations must remain within the assigned space.No loudspeakers, microphones, or amplified music are allowed without prior approval from event management.No personal tents or canopies unless pre-approved by event management.No solicitation of funds, signatures, or commercial sales are permitted.Conduct & SafetyThis is a SMOKE-FREE event. Smoking is not permitted within the car show area.No animals are allowed in the display area except for service animals.Participants must follow all instructions given by event staff for safety and event flow.The event will be held rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather or acts of God.Liability & InsuranceParticipants are responsible for any damage caused to property or injury to persons arising from their display or vehicle.Participants agree to hold harmless the Yuba City Downtown Business Association, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the event.General AcknowledgementSubmission of your entry does not guarantee acceptance. Space is limited and granted on a first-come, first-served basis. If your entry is not accepted, any fees paid will be refunded in full.Acceptance into the show does not guarantee any awards or prizes.
